Welcome to our beautifully updated home in the vibrant Golden Hill neighborhood of San Diego! Ideally situated just minutes from downtown and Balboa Park, our place is conveniently close to San Diego's best attractions, nightlife, restaurants, and only a short drive from iconic beaches like Coronado, Mission Beach, and Pacific Beach. Step inside and you'll be greeted by fresh paint, new floors, and abundant natural light. The spacious living room features a plush leather sofa, comfortable chairs, and a mounted TV—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. Just as you enter, the inviting sunroom/dining area offers a dining table with seating for six, surrounded by windows that fill the space with sunshine. Our home includes two generously sized bedrooms designed with your comfort in mind. The primary bedroom offers a California King bed, comfortably sleeping two with plenty of extra room, and possibly accommodating a third person. The second bedroom has a cozy queen bed ideal for two guests. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a versatile K-Cup Duo coffee maker, allowing you to brew both single pods and traditional drip coffee. Outside, enjoy sunny San Diego weather in multiple relaxing spaces. The front seating area is private for this unit and is a great spot for morning coffee or enjoying the quiet neighborhood atmosphere. The side patio, with a stone table, umbrella, and seating for four, as well as the backyard barbecue area, are shared spaces for the small complex and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is easy. You will have one dedicated parking spot on the right side of the driveway when facing the property, with additional street parking available nearby.
